The next Vanderbilt Adult Weight Management Workshop begins on Tuesday, January 13th.

This 20-week program is designed to help you develop healthy diet and exercise habits to lead to gradual weight loss!

from 5:30 - 6:30PM Tuesday, Jan. 6th from 5:30-6:30PM.
